The Board investigating corrupt practices yesterday morning continued its investigation on the Marsaxlokk case.

However the Board deferred the case to Wednesday 2 September, when the Board will continue to hear witnesses in this case and most probably will close the case and adjourne for the decision.

The Board concluded its investigations on the other case - the Vittoriosa one - but a decision is yet to be taken.

Both Marsaxlokk and Vittoriosa Stars will be in action this weekend as the Premier League starts this evening.
