One of our relaxations for both my wife and me is dining out with friends every other Saturday.

We dined at Matthew’s Restaurant in Marsaxlokk for the very first time last Saturday and I could not but put pen to paper to praise the owner (Joyce) for the excellent fresh fish she prepared that was off the menu.

Finally, I was totally impressed when the bill came which was such excellent value for money that without hesitation I stated that there are still some conscientious people on in this island of ours. Keep it up Joyce!
