Climate change is here and now, says Chris Said (TMID, September 14), reporting that temperatures are continuing to rise.

Is it merely a coincidence that we now hear about “global warming” only in the summer months?

There wasn’t much apparent evidence of it during the last long winter.

But, if he’s right, should we perhaps make a start to our contribution by tackling atmospheric pollution? You know - like exhaust emissions.

Or would that be too radical an idea for Malta?
