Who Decides?

Mobile antennae have recently been installed on the parish church at Hal Balzan. Answers to some relevant questions are welcome. Who decided to have them installed? The parish priest on his own? The parish priest and his council? Were the parishioners consulted? Was the Commission for Catholic Culture Patrimony of the Archdiocese asked for advice? Do the members of this Commission have any say in such matters? Were the health hazards to the hundreds of parishioners who go to the church taken into consideration? And how much of the income derived from such rentals will have to be used later on to repair the damage done now to the fabric of the church? Is it worth spoiling our heritage for any sum of money?
