Sadly, political rhetoric centres on winning votes when the business of government requires solutions to fit an actual contextual issue.

This is harder to grasp for the Opposition who puts the party first and the country and the citizen second. This is what frightens many people off the PL, which does not practise what it preaches once the election is over. One can say that this happens with the PN too. But who is alienating the public most? When can we view the true state of the solutions required for the country being of primary concern for us all? Or are we going to continue being in a perpetual state of hassling the public for votes irrespective of the year of legislature we are in. Surely the electorate can draw conclusions at the end of the legislature without being hassled for the whole of five years.

If the Opposition wants to do its duty it must concentrate on real issues not imaginary or chimera like ones. Is it possible that there are people who still cannot think for themselves instead of asking useful questions for their clarity and understanding?
