In June a notice of application was fixed at Garage 30, Triq iz-Zaghfran, Attard, but the address on the notice was Garage 30, Triq Hal-Warda, Attard. I complained. Another notice was fixed, but the address was changed to Garage 30, Triq Hal-Warda and Triq iz-Zaghfran. 30, Triq Hal-Warda is a house and not a Garage. 30, Triq Hal-Warda is over 200 metres away.

I received a letter from The Malta Environment and Planning Authority (MEPA) saying that I may follow proceedings, but not entitled to participate or make verbal representations during the sitting. So why should I go? MEPA should investigate why the owner is not giving the real address. The sitting is being held on 22 October.
