The Malta Council for Culture and the Arts would like to inform artists that grants from e50,000 to e150,000 (budget available e1,578,000) are available for artistic and cultural projects in order to support Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture (ECOC). The deadline for submission of proposals is 2 December at 4pm.

Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope by registered mail or private courier service to Central Finance and Contracts Unit, Mr Muhsin Altun (PAO-CFCU Director), Eskiºehir Yolu 4.Km 2.Cad. (Halkbank Kampüsü) No: 63 C-Blok, 06580 Söðütözü / Ankara / Turkey. Envelopes should also have the following reference: TR0803.03, Civil Society Dialogue - Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture. This programme is funded by the EU through the Central Finance and Contracts Unit in Turkey.
