Valerie Borg would have received a much faster explanation from the priest, after Mass, than writing to TMID (21 November, Daily ritual) and expecting a response in short order.

Will Ms Borg stay away from church because of this priest’s instructions, without bothering to find out why?

So, may I ask, what was the real purpose of writing in a daily newspaper?
