New Year's Eve was celebrated in style at The Palace with a Christofle themed gala dinner hosted by the management of the hotel and Cleland & Souchet representatives of Christofle in Malta.

The event was held at the Royal Hall which was decorated with exclusive Christofle silver pieces and cutlery. A jewellery exposition was also set up giving the hall an ambiance of splendor and luxury.

The menu prepared by The Palace's Executive Chef, Joseph Xuereb and Pastry Chef, Andrea Bonaci together with their respective teams lived up to the luxury ambience that was set out in the Royal Hall. To further enhance the mood a 5 piece band entertained those present with a variety of musical genres to which all the guests danced their way into the New Year.
