Malta Independent Sunday, 28 February 2010, 00:00 Last update: about 14 years ago

The new South Wing represents Fino’s take on style: minimalistic design with top quality. This area of the showroom now includes new home furniture and lighting from Italy and France, including such well known brands as Salvarani, Ivano Redaelli, Prolicht and Adriani & Rossi.

Fino, established in 1935 by C.Fino & Sons Ltd, covers 3,000 square metres of display area in Mriehel, and the South Wing has been refurbished to accommodate newly imported European furniture.

Stepping inside, everything appears so minimal and so simple and yet a closer look reveals the prestigious woods and the flawless workmanship of the master furniture maker. The detail in every piece on display is devoted to minimal concepts, to achieve aesthetic perfection.

Three elegant kitchens from the renowned Salvarani are now showcased in the South Wing and Redaelli’s circular bed is displayed in the foreground of the showplace, surrounded by day and night furniture from FEG.

The increasingly popular walk-in wardrobes form part of the new bedroom furniture and the day furniture displayed includes wall units and designer sofas from Ligne Roset and Alivar.

The lights for the showroom are branded Prolicht and Adriani & Rossi, as part of the Fino Lighting Division, and the Fino Projects Division provided the flooring from Berry Floor, using laminated cement.

With its newly refurbished South Wing, Fino continues offering its customers a wider choice of designer home furniture and lighting.
