Satariano the leading bathroom and tiling company have recently been awarded a contract for the supply and laying of wall cladding to the façade of the luxurious Blue Harbour Apartments in Ta’ Xbiex
Satariano are the exclusive distributors for Buchtal GMBH, a German company specialising in wall cladding finishes. The material selected is top of the range and also have the benefit of being self clean, this hydroprotect surface coating guarantees perfectly clean facades – durably and without effort. On facades, natural forces like the sun (light), air (oxygen) and rain are available free of charge. Thanks to the hydrophilic surface, water forms a thin film which washes done the dirt. The result is a “self-washing effect”: every shower cleans the façade free of charge. This not only considerably reduces the subsequent cost, but also contributes to environmental protection. The aesthetics of the building is effectively underlined, and the architecture retains its effect.
Satariano have also been selected for the finishing of all the common parts and the finishing of the Penthouses and a number of apartments of this prestigious Block.
