In his letter Mr Debono says that Air Malta issues free and/or subsidized tickets to parastatal officials, including those at Enemalta.

Enemalta would like to rebut this statement categorically and refute any allegations that its officials have an agreement in place with Air Malta to receive any free or subsidized tickets from Air Malta.
