RE/MAX Malta has recently recognised a group of 18 associates after successfully completing the Succeed Course. ‘Succeed’ is an eight week intensive training programme which is designed to up-skill RE/MAX associates and assist them in building their careers and developing them into successful real estate consultants. The training programme covers business planning, goal setting, dealing with buyers, dealing with sellers and marketing techniques amongst others. The associates represented all offices in Malta including RE/MAX Property Centre located in Victoria, Gozo.

We believe that the more our associates learn to service their customers, the better the level of customer service, resulting in better sales targets. The RE/MAX philosophy is so much focused on education, that RE/MAX has recently re-branded its University and have included IPTV, which is television broadcasted from any PC in high definition quality.

Through IPTV RE/MAX, associates who cannot attend specific training sessions by some of the company’s renowned real estate trainers including Brian Buffini and David Knox, can follow the same courses through IPTV either live or on demand. Besides following specific courses, one can choose from thousands of hours of other educational material and webinars that tackle various real estate topics.
