On behalf of the Farrugia family, we would greatly appreciate it if your newspaper clarifies in print, that 59-year-old Fortun Farrugia, also known as Ta’ Garga (a well-known family nickname) from Xaghra, Gozo, is not in any way related to the case mentioned in the article entitled “Gozitan charged with raping minor” on Wednesday, 14 April, on page 4.

Please specify and clarify this in print at your earliest convenience, as it is having unnecessary negative consequences on the Farrugia family and is badly affecting their reputation.
