Miss World Malta is surely the most prestigious beauty contest held in the Maltese islands. As the name implies, the winner of this title is set for a month abroad to represent Malta in Miss World. To choose the finalists, Modelle International has been working for the past six months in auditioning a number of girls coming from different towns and villages in Malta and Gozo. The mission of the programme is to show and promote the talent held by Maltese female models.

The programme will also act as a stepping stone to all the final contestants wanting to be part of the media world since they will be introduced and taught practices and procedures used in the TV industry.

D Search… for Miss World, hosted by Claudia Calleja, will be aired on Favourite Channel starting 29 April at 9pm.
