The recent article about Rob Cremona entitled “Three failed renal transplants, but fighting spirit still intact” (TMIS, 9 May) was very inspiring to say the least. Mr Cremona is blessed with such sincerity, and he truly personifies the best characteristics of the Maltese people.

One could not fail being moved by his fortitude and positive attitude despite all he has been through.
