12 June 2010, at 8.15pm, St Laurence Str, Vittoriosa. Two wardens. One fines the vehicles parked there for contraventions while the other sits comfortably, arms wide apart in his vehicle, double parked almost in the middle of the road leaving no option for the motor vehicles coming down the road but to cross the continuous white line in the middle of the road. This was repeated all the way down the road next to each vehicle parked where his colleague scrutinised the vehicles for any eventualities.

Do the authorities teach the wardens that they should not break the laws they are enforcing?
