Reference is made to the article entitled ‘Transport Malta blames Mepa for late works on new Pier at Blue Lagoon’ that appeared in your newspaper of 1 July, 2010.

Transport Malta considers the headline chosen for the article inappropriate and misleading.

It is pertinent to note that Transport Malta’s application was processed by Mepa in a timely fashion and in no way affected the commencement of works.
