Dhalia and Re/Max have been announced as the winners of the BOV Estate Agents Package Campaign.
The campaign ran between December 2009 and May 2010 and awarded the estate agents with the largest number of sanctioned house loans and the highest aggregate value of sanctioned house loans.
Dhalia Malta Property Agents was presented with the award for the estate agent with the highest number of sanctioned loans during the campaign period, with its Fgura branch being the top-performing branch. The estate agent with the highest monetary value of property sold was RE/MAX, with its Birkirkara branch being the best performer.
The awards were presented by Edward Grech, Head of Home loans at Bank of Valletta, and John Soler, Chief Officer Credit at Bank of Valletta.
BOV’s chief credit officer John Soler said: “The outcome of this campaign confirms that the property market in Malta is still active, which indicates a positive trend in the overall economic outlook.”
