To begin with, I love all media particularly newspapers.

I have long been a fan of The Malta Independent and The Times and am particularly drawn to your Sunday edition.

Most of all I love the editorials and opinion pieces. Alfred Mifsud, the economist and banker is particularly astute. Pamela Hanson can be quite abrasive sometimes; but then a journalist has to a bit of an irritant from time to time. However, I can’t help but read her. She gets to the point and writes as she sees it: Vu Vu what? Noise, e.g. The Vuvuzela; and bombi, and construction; divorce; and other matters that can arouse love or hate! She treats all with a fine honed skill and considerable humour.

My compliments to the editor and the excellent team at The Malta Independent on Sunday.
