Daphne Caruana Galizia hits the nail on the head in her article “When a referendum is undemocratic” and does so without the hyperbole she sometimes employs (TMIS, 11 July).
It is a pity, however, that, after justifiably laying into Dr Muscat about his wishy-washy approach to the divorce issue, there is not even a mention of Dr Gonzi’s name now that he shows a similar lack of real leadership and wants the electorate to decide so that he does not have to take a position.
