Former Malta international left back Carlo Mamo has joined Tarxien Rainbows and he will be filling the void left by Andrew DeCesare, who has joined champions Birkirkara FC.
Earlier the Rainbows had also announced the signing of Justin Grioli on permanent terms from Valletta. The player was on loan with the club last season and left a good impression.
Another player to join the Rainbows, this time on loan, is striker Sergio Hili, a Maltese Under-21 international. He joined them from Second Division side San Gwann.
It is also known that the Rainbows are presently giving out a trial to some foreign players, among them two Brazilians, who may be the substitutes for Denni Rocha dos Santos who has joined Valletta and Emerson Ribeiro, whose future is still to be determined.
