When will the day come when we will be delivered from the three national centres of incompetence which are ARMS, Enemalta and Water Services? Despite charging us one of the highest prices in Europe, providing us with interrupted electricity services using antique electricity production sites, investing in clearly not up-to-date and environmental-not-so-friendly power plant extensions, we still end up facing the same hassles from these operators.

A few times a year, we are grated with their invoices, causing physical and mental hazards to us when reading the figures and trying to understand how these geniuses could come up with these astronomical figures. They threaten you with interests or with disconnection when bills are not paid on time, but they do not guide you when you want to complain, when the figures they based their calculations on do not match. Of course, freephone numbers, landline numbers, email addresses, postal addresses are mentioned...it is easier to call the Holy Spirit than one of these three operators.

When will the day come when we are delivered and the market opened to local private and foreign operators as is the case in other European countries?
