Arrests and prison terms for teenagers that are skinny dipping at 5.30am? Why are we continuing to shoot ourselves in the foot in our efforts to attract tourists from Europe?

And... I presume that all the crimes are solved and the court calendars cleared so that the police and magistrates have absolutely nothing better to do than this.
