The front page title ‘I do not need to apologise for the power station tender award’ (TMID, Monday 20 September 2010) does not reflect what Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi said when interviewed by Labour Party journalist Charlon Gouder on the Floriana Granaries, Sunday 19 September.

What the Prime Minister stated was that had he to go through the same process of initiating investigation and asking the Police Commissioner and the Auditor General to investigate, as he did in this particular case, he would do so again.
