The first edition of the Malta Basketball Awards was held yesterday evening at the Le Meridien Hotel in Balluta Bay, St Julian’s. The awards were selected according to the statistics of each match played last season. Also, players who formed part of the team that won the first basketball bronze medal at the Games for European Small 25 years ago were given due recognition.
