Gudja U-Siggiewi 2-3
Siggiewi were the better team during the first-half going close after five minutes through a Jason Camilleri free-kick which was saved with difficulty by Matthew Xerxen.
Then they wasted a clear opportunity through Mark Camilleri but on 19 minutes they were given a penalty when Jason Camilleri was fouled by Xerxen, the latter being sent off and substitute keeper Thomas Zammit came in for Guazzo.
The penalty was duly converted by Siggiewi’s captain Pierre Spiteri. Gudja responded through a dangerous Trevor Thomas free-kick with Siggiewi hitting the post just before the break off a strong shot by Kim Buhagiar.
Just three minutes after the restart, Gudja managed to equalise through a close-range shot by Dalzier Zammit with Siggiewi then going close through Jason Camilleri.
Gudja were very close through Elvin Gauci and Elton Bugeja but on 69 minutes Siggiewi regained the lead through a strong shot by Jason Camilleri following a personal effort.
However Gudja were back on level terms on the 76th minute as Elton Bugeja headed in from an Elvin Gauci corner-kick.
Nine minutes from time Siggiewi got the winning goal through an angled shot by Jason Camilleri for a 3-2 final scoreline.
In added time Siggiewi were reduced to 10 players when defender Mark Aquilina was sent off for a second caution.

Mtarfa-Mdina K 1-1
Mdina Knights broke the deadlock after just three minutes through a close-range shot by Nicholas Micallef.
Mtarfa’s reaction produced dangerous efforts by Warren Grima and Darik Mohammed Abdilla with play gradually ensuing in the midfield sector.
In the 34th minute Mdina won a penalty for a foul by the Mtarfa keeper on Clint Scerri but Adrian Galea’s shot from the spot was well saved by Duncan Galea.
Five minutes later Mtarfa managed to equalize through a low shot by Warren Grima.
Just before the interval Mtarfa had a Giorgio Cumbo free-kick which was well saved by Sciberras and on another occasion a Warren Grima effort was cleared off the goal line.
After the break the match continued to be a balanced affair with Mtarfa having two attempts by Paul Fenech which were saved by Sciberras.
At the other end Mdina were denied by Galea off a shot by Luke Busuttil.
Gradually Mdina dictated the proceedings and after being denied by Galea off a shot by Clint Caruana, they were also unliucky as an effort by Warren Kiamall bounced off the crossbar.
A minute from time Mtarfa were denied by Sciberras off a shot by Warren Grima.
