Malta suffered it’s second consecutive defeat in the UEFA Under-19 Championships Group 9 being held in Slovenia.

Against the Netherlands, Malta suffered three second half goals after a gallant first half display.

The Netherlands’ first goal came on 52 minutes and was scored by Shabir Isoufi.The other Dutch goals were scored by Luc Castaignos who scored his first goal on 55 minutes and the second one on 86 minutes.

Malta will end its committments in Slovenia on Tuesday when they face host Slovenia, whao are still in search of their first point.
