With preparations for the Malta Baseball Festival well underway, the Malta Baseball and Softball Assocation (MABS) is also preparing for the first-ever Celebrity Softball Game.

People who attend the Malta baseball festival next Sunday will have the opportunity to see iconic Maltese celebrities swing for the fences at the Marsa Sports Ground. The Malta baseball festival will be a charity event, in aid of Inspire. Television host Moira Delia, athlete and actor Xandru Grech, singer Ira Losco and radio DJ Jason Zammit will be among other celebrities who will be showing off their skills for charity. The Celebrity Softball Game is only one of the many activities that will be taking place at the Malta baseball festival.

This charity event is suitable for all the family and admission to the festival is free. People can try out their baseball skills by taking a few swings at the batting cage and showing off their arms at the pitching net.
