Weather permitting, the finals of the Gatorade Malta Open Championships, which are sanctioned by the Malta Tennis Federation, will be held at the Marsa Sports Club today.

The Ladies singles final was played yesterday with Elaine Genovese facing Kimberley Cassar.

The Men’s singles final is scheduled to start at 3pm today, followed by the Men’s doubles event.

Seed number 1 and current singles Malta champion Matthew Asciak is defending his title in this event. Second seed Mark Gatt reached the semi-final stage.

The general public is invited to attend.
