YWCA (Malta) is running a Self-Development Programme with the aim of empowering women and young girls, teaching them various basic skills, which will enrich their lives and enable them to improve their chances in the labour market.

The dressmaking, pattern-making and theory course will seek to empower women with dressmaking and pattern-making skills that will help them work in this section.

The course commences on Monday 25 October from 5 to 7pm. The tutor will be Connie Spiteri and the closing date for application is Friday, 23 October. Certificates of attendance will be awarded at the end of each programme and the course is offered free of charge
