So the new CEO at Arms Ltd tells us that things will not change overnight. Well, he did not have to. Everyone knows that the Arms system is buggy, issues double bills, no bills at all, estimates willy-nilly and sometimes resorts to pure guesswork.

The building is archaic. The customer care system is archaic. The people behind the desks are the same as the ones that used to be behind the WSC desks in Valletta. So what has changed? Nothing really!

One would also have to ask the government… why pick a CEO who specialises in aviation matters? Did no one else want the job by any chance? The new CEO is either very brave, very bored or rather dim in having accepted this job.
