World Snooker’s EPTC Event 4 is to be held at the South West Snooker Academy in Gloucester, England, between 29 and 31 October.

The Academy has been awarded the event following the necessity to move it from the original venue in Germany.

Nine current or former world champions are in the entry line up: Neil Robertson, Ronnie O’Sullivan, Stephen Hendry, Peter Ebdon, Graeme Dott, Steve Davis, Mark Williams, Ken Doherty, Shaun Murphy.

Malta’s Tony Drago will again be taking part in the event.

In total 90 of the 96 tour professionals have entered the event. An obvious omission is John Higgins, whose suspension is not complete until 1 November.

Players taking part represent 14 countries from around the world as well as England.
