I refer to a report penned by Noel Grima entitled “Confusion reigns supreme on Xemxija developments” (TMID, 29 October)

Mr Grima inter alia reported that the application for development in Xemxija currently being discussed before the MEPA Board involves the re-development of “a detached villa, owned by Dr Mark Fenech”.

Please note that your correspondent is factually incorrect on two counts.

The property in question is not “a detached villa” but a block of four apartments with an underlying garage which had been built in the 1960’s.

Furthermore, the apartments in question are owned by four different owners: the undersigned owns an undivided share of one of these apartments.
