For the first time in Malta a Goalkeepers’ Camp for Girls is being held between 22 and 24 December at the San Gwann Football Ground.

This event is being organised by Mario Muscat Goalkeeper School and Maria Coppola (an ex international player) and the only Maltese female player which played professional football overseas. 

For a whole four years, Coppola played in the US with Red Skins Oklahoma and Eagles Oklahoma in NAIA division one women’s soccer. She also played for three years with Le Pecq football team  in France.

This camp will offer opportunities to all girls 7 years upwards to specialise in the Basic Goalkeeping Techniques,Positioning, High Balls, Distribution and Co-ordination training.

All those goalkeepers attending this camp will be given Keepers kit, Technical Evaluation Certificate and a Group photo
