This year the All Wheel Drive Club Malta is organising a Trialling championship for its members.
It will consist of four competitions, where each competition involves a route where the 4x4 vehicle is driven on difficult terrain. Each route contains various obstacles such as 45degree inclines, large rocks and mud.
The first event was held recently in a quarry in Mgarr at the end of last month. This event was won by Simon Gatt with his Suzuki Samurai. Dorian Micallef placed second with another Suzuki Samurai while John Bonnet placed third with his Land Rover Series II.
The next event will be held on 5 December.
