It was Fiaccola’s second consecutive win, also their first away win of the season.
Bajada first beat Federico Puglisi 3-2 and then won 3-1 against Gianluca Puglisi. In his third match, the 17-year old Malta national champion narrowly lost 3-2 versus Fabio La Rosa.
ASD Fiaccola now lie in joint third position on four points with their next commitment due next Saturday when they host ASDTT Libertas Sassari. The latter lost 5-1 at home against ASD Tennistavolo Norbello in the derby of Sardinia.
