The Malta Tigers Softball Club will be holding their second international tournament in the first week of December.

The Tigers will be playing against five Italian teams; Saronno, Milano 1946, Friuli 81, La Loggia and Sharks Cernusco Softball. Games will be held at Tigne ground (Sliema) on 4, 5 and 8 of December, from 10am till 4.30pm.

The public is welcome to watch and hopefully support the Maltese team. This encounter will serve as an experience for most of the players, help in improving their playing skills and mostly to enjoy the games and have fun.

The team thanked the club, as well as the sponsors, namely, Lo Squero and Farsons who are helping in making this tournament possible.

The club hosted their first international tournament in Malta last December, hosting two Italian teams, Saronno and Milano 1946. Furthermore, the Cosmos Softball team also visited Malta for some friendly games last month.

Apart from activities held in Malta, this year the Tigers participated in a tournament in Italy placing sixth. They also attended a training camp in Saronno last September.
