The bomb planted in Transport Malta’s offices on Thursday was nothing short of terrorism and attempted murder on a mass scale.

The sheer fear which such an attack must have caused cannot be described by any who were not there. What is clear was that one or more persons wanted to cause death and destruction and did not care who got in the way.

While it is sad to hear that one person lost a leg in the bomb attack, one must truly thank the Heavens that there were no more casualties and that no one died. The person, or people, who committed this atrocious act are nothing more than cowards. We need not talk about bombs going off in Britain and Spain – we have our fair share here.
