When competing in Doha in the H20 Short Course Autumn Cup 2010 held on the 27 November, Dubai-based Maltese swimmer Andrew Chetcuti impoved on his own National Short Course Record 100m free when he clocked 51.76 to improve his previous time of 52.5 set last October.
