Although appreciating the fact that I had not received my water and electricity bills for a long time and that these could have been received any moment the ARMS management felt appropriate, I have now received three bills covering period 11 October 2009 right through to 10 November 2010 and running into a few hundred Euros.

With Christmas around the corner, was this an appropriate time to be billed, I ask! Even though we have now been offered the possibility of part payments – how kind!
