The Treasure of the Knights Templar III: The Serpent Crown (original title Tempelriddernes skat III: Mysteriet om slangekronen, issued in 2008 and 85 min. long) has now been issued in Spain with the title El tesoro de los caballeros templarios III: La Corona de la Serpiente.

The story is about four young heroes and the Grand Master of the Knights Templar who travel to Malta to return the lost treasure of the Snake Crown to its rightful owners, the Knights of Malta.

Mathias is attracted to Elena, a beautiful and mysterious Maltese woman, and before they can react, the crown is stolen and Mathias is kidnapped by an ancient order of priests.

The young man will have to use all his cunning and wits to reclaim the crown and save his friend.

The film had Giacomo Campeotto as director while the screenplay was by Søren Frellesen and Philip LaZebnik, music by Jeppe Kaas, and Manuel Alberto Claro was responsible for the photography.

The cast was made up of Svalen Nicklas Andersen, Monica Attard, Silvio Catania, Manuel Cauchi, Peter Gilsfort, Emma Leth, Mick Øgendahl, Frederikke Thomassen, Julie Grundtvig Wester, Christian Wienberg Heldbo, Cecilia Zwick-Nash.
