International referees Peter Balzan and Massimo Angileri have been appointed by LEN to officiate in some tournaments.

Balzan will be in Florence, Italy, between 13 and 17 January to officiate matches from the women’s Champions’ Cup.

Participating teams will be Florentia waterpolo (Italy), Aspit Nancy (France),Vouliagmeni (Greece) and Polar Bears (Netherlands).

On 19 January, Balzan will control the quarter final match first leg valid for the Men`s Euro league between Marseille of France and Leonessa Brescia of Italy to be played in Marseille.

Angileri has been appointed to officiate matches from the Women`s LEN trophy preliminary round to be played in Athens between the 21 and 23 January.

The participating teams will be Patras (Greece), Rapallo Nuoto (Italy), Hannover SV (Germany) and Sevilla (Spain).
