Seven Premier Players banned

Seven Premier League players have been banned one match by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner.

They are Birkirkara’s Angus Buhagiar and Paul Fenech, Sliema’s Josef Mifsud, Valletta’s Andrew Hogg and Vittoriosa’s trio comprising Edison Luis dos Santos, Jeffrey Chetcuti and Stephen Wellman.

Another seven players were also suspended in the first division.

William Camilleri of St Andrews was banned for two matches while the following received a one-match ban: Admir Dzanovic of Lija, Maxime Batel and Andrew Scicluna Caruana of Melita, Domenic Mifsud of Pieta Hotspurs, Neil Chetcuti and Nikky Vella Petroni of St Andrews.
