Dr Lawrence Gonzi has been quoted as saying: “The fact that the whole world has divorce means nothing to me.” In other words, he couldn’t care less because he will remain against any divorce law, even if such a law was the most serious divorce law in the whole world!

Not only must Dr Gonzi be the only prime minister who has ever said this, but he is also the only prime minister of all the other “democratic” countries of the world who gives himself (and his ministers) two salaries – one as Prime Minister and the other as a Member of Parliament!

Yes, we certainly have a unique Prime Minister!
