A group of young promising players from the Malta International Table Tennis Centre, Tarxien, are back from Marsala, Sicily, after holding a four-day training camp with the best youngsters from the Marsala Table Tennis Club.

The Maltese youngsters held training sessions six hours daily under the guidance of qualified coaches and on the last day participated in an international tournament which was won by 17- year-old Daniel Bajada in an interesting final against Alessandro Amato from Marsala.

Two well known Maltese coaches, namely Joe Borg Cardona and Alex Anastasi followed the young Maltese players in Sicily.
