In a world where levels of service are often very poor once the sale is made, I felt I must write to give credit for a good service where credit is due.
I would like to express my satisfaction at how well a local computer store, “A to Z Electronics”, has successfully settled my grievance. After a lengthy wait, attributed to both misjudgement on my part and a series of unfortunate events on theirs, I was offered a full refund for my faulty product − even though technically my rights for compensation had elapsed. While waiting for a replacement of my faulty product, I was loaned a similar product, but when this replacement product did not meet my exact requirements AtoZ promptly offered me a full refund.
Bearing in mind that other companies offer either a credit note or else a refund of the product’s current market price (as opposed to customer’s original purchase price), I would like to thank them deeply for their gracious reimbursement and service.
