No agreement has yet been reached between Floriana and national team striker Michael Mifsud.

The two sides met again yesterday evening in an effort to reach an agreement, but a Floriana club spokesman told The Malta Independent that at the moment, Floriana were not in a position to meet Mifsud’s latest demands.

The striker, who is not bound to any club, is not effected by the closure of the transfer window yesterday. He can still play for any club till the end of the season.
