I would like to congratulate Minister Joseph Cassar and his Ministry for the very efficient Customer Service they have in place.
I have a problem with my ‘Pharmacy of my choice’ and last Saturday week, 5th February, at about 5.30pm I e-mailed my complaint to the Minister of Health.
I received a reply within the hour from Mr Tony Cassar, the Head of the Secretariat and from Ms Roseanne Camilleri, Assistant to the Permanent Secretary, asking me for further information to be able to take further action.
How refreshing it is that such people in the Civil Service take action on your complaint on a Saturday afternoon.
Well done and keep it up.
