Maltese girl Josephine Grima registered another splendid performance in Serie B Eccellenza on the 15th day of the Championship.

She helped her side, Orlando Basket, in no small measure, as she finished top scorer with team-mate Nero on 15 points in a 55-51 victory over the strong Basilia Potenza side.

It was a tough match – crucial for the play-offs - for Basket Orlando as they could only field six players.

Grima was reported to have been an absolute protagonist for her side along with Nero and also Derkaoui who obtained 11 points.

Near the end, Orlando were losing the match 51-48 and it seemed as if they were on their way to defeat, but Grima scored two very good baskets while Nero and Derkaoui also scored points for a 0-7 final run which gave them the 55-51 win.
